The Role

You'll be a key player in maintaining KPI's are hit consistently by helping to ensure queries are resolved efficiently, returns are completed, order confirmations are issued and attention to detail is kept high.

Working closely with the Business Managers and Accounts Receivable teams is paramount as order confirmations must be issued within a day of receipt of order so communication is very important! You'll also conduct tasks such as - Follow up calls, relaying delay issues to customers and managing quotation requests.

Bringing with you experience in a Customer Service, Sales/Commercial Support, Call Centre or Administrative role is key.
