Permanent role full time
The role will offer some hybrid working, usually 3 days per week in the office and 2 working from home but can also be fully office based if preferable. Training for the first couple of weeks will be office based.
Mon- Fri (Apply online only) with earlier finish on a Friday.

The role:
Reporting to the HR Manager, this role is responsible for providing the day to day aspects of HR administration throughout the employment life cycle. The role will also support on a variety of HR related projects and tasks
Duties / responsibilities:
Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Providing administrative support to the HR team, including employment contracts, variation of contract letters, and ensuring all documentation is kept up to date and in line with contractual and statutory requirements
Assist and support the HR team on various projects
Compiling and updating employee records
Maintain all HR filing systems, in line with GDPR
Support the HR team with the management of the HR system
Support the administration of the recruitment process within the business
Other ad hoc tasks within the department
Person specification:
The ideal candidate will either have a background within HR or a similar role and be used to handling sensitive information.
The successful candidate needs to be able to communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and in writing.
Proven ability to self-manage and to be able to prioritise workloads is key, as well as being a good team player.
