Job description
Office Administrator
This position is part time (25 to 30 hours per week) and requires excellent computer and organisational skills. The person will be responsible for administration of systems, data entry and reporting.
The main responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
* All aspects of administration tasks
* Supporting the Management Team
* Provide cover for current Administration Team
* Distribute any relevant reports to the appropriate stakeholders
* Create various spreadsheets and documents as and when required
* Liaise with multiple departments to gather required data
* Query and reconcile invoices
Characteristic Requirements
* Confident in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Have a common sense approach to problem solving
* Be self organised and pro-active
* Excellent attention to detail
