HR Administrator

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join a conservation organisation based in Salisbury. This is a part time, permanent position.

Responsibilities as a HR Administrator:
Lead the recruitment administrative process
Assisting managers with creating recruitment packs, advertising vacancies, arranging interviews, and responding to all enquires related to advertised post
Draft offer letters and contractual documents
Deal with compliances such as right to work documents, DBS processes and checking references
Assist with the HR manager in collating organisational training requirements in line with the costs and source appropriate courses
Collate training request and evaluation documents
Manage the company's learning portal, this will include producing regular completed reports for managers and carry out non-completion of mandatory courses.
Document all organisation training and development on the HR system
Respond to email queries coming to HR and assist the HR manager with collation of HR reporting
Ensure the HR system is organised and up to date with starters, leavers, and changes
Assist the HR manager in producing monthly payroll and draft corresponding documentation such contractual change documents
Assist in note taking at disciplinary and grievance meetings
Ensure electronic and paper filing systems are met in line with GDPR
Create and update policy forms, letter templates and assist in other duties when required
Requirements as a HR Administrator:
Has one year experience working as a HR administrator
Confident in all Microsoft packages, especially Word and Excel
CIPD Level 3 qualification is desirable, but not essential
Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task and, prioritise workload
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience working with a HR system
This position is a part time permanent role, working 14 hours per week. This role can be worked flexibly during the week Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am - 17:00pm. The salary is ??22,000 (FTE).
