Pertemps have an excellent opportunity for a Transport Administrator to join our client, A world leader in gases, engineering and health care operating in more than 100 countries across the globe.

As the Transport Administrator you will be:
Reviewing, maintaining, and updating training records and ensure that all staff are available and attend training as required
Completing thorough driver trip debriefs and refer poor performing drivers to the transport manager
Managing driver's hours & ensure legal compliance
Using internal systems to maintain driver hour records and tachographs, including uploading vehicles and drivers within the prescribed time limits, compiling, and sending tables/envelopes for analysis
Ensuring vehicles are available for scheduled maintenance & MOT, with an appropriate replacement
Carrying out driving licence, ADR certificate, CPC card checks at the appropriate time
Maintaining & review driving licence records is required

The successful candidate will have a background in Administration, ideally within the logistics/driving industry and be Computer literate (using Microsoft Office)
Based at Cattedown, Plymouth
Working hours are Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 6:00pm
