Part-time Payroll Administrator / Burton-on-Trent / Permanent / ??20,000 - ??23,000 FTE

Macildowie are excited to be working with a brilliant business based in Burton-on-Trent looking to add an experienced Part-time Payroll Administrator to join their growing team.

This is an excellent role for someone looking for a new challenge with a business that will provide them an excellent team environment and company culture

This is a permanent office-based role, looking to provide an excellent benefits and salary package of ??20,000 - ??23,000 dependent on experience.

This role is working 25 hours a week, and they are flexible for when these hours are worked.

Key responsibilities and skills required:

  • Process multiple payrolls, using different payroll software platforms
  • Ensure timely and accurate payments to a high volume, weekly paid workforce
  • Resolve escalated payroll queries and issues, working with clients and acting as the main point of contact in the team for them
  • Proven payroll administration experience
  • A high level of interest/ experience in what systems can do for a business - able to adapt to/ work with a number of different systems at the same time
  • A willingness to learn new payroll processes and systems
  • A 'can do' attitude
