We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years' experience of office administration to assist the Office Manager with running the Pace office in Leeds. You will have experience of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; have good typing skills; be organised with attention to detail; answer the phone and take messages; be able to assist with reception, sorting out catering and clearing up on training days; take initiative yet work within the bounds set by the position; and on occasion work flexibly as the need arises due to events, conferences and meetings.
