At just 2.5 years into their mission to bring a fresh alternative in Professional Services, they’re now looking to appoint their very first Marketing & Communications Manager to be part of the Team that takes them to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and execution to drive awareness
  • Creation and maintenance of Service Proposition Collateral Oversee, manage and contribute to digital content including:
  • Email marketing activities campaigns (via HubSpot)
  • Planning and execution to improve Lead Generation processes Devise & manage sponsored LinkedIn online campaigns activities
  • Manage events, conference & media partner activities including follow-up strategy and execution
  • Data Management
  • Provide expert specialist support to Senior Leadership Team on Marketing & Communications Strategy
  • Contribute to the annual Marcomms Budget and Plan
  • Manage outsourced specialist suppliers
  • Measure & monitor performance and present to the Senior Leadership Team
  • Collaborate with, direct and/or manage internal people resource(s)

Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years’ hands-on in Marketing & Communications and expertise in Brand Development and Management
  • Developing and implementing Digital/Social Marketing & Content plans/campaigns
  • Delivering increased sales and/ or service referrals through Marketing activity
  • Working with/managing specialist suppliers
  • Setting and measuring KPIs, including costs
  • Proficiency as a user of business and Marketing-specific packages, e.g., HubSpot
  • You’ll be self-starting, commercially-minded, and highly-organised, used to juggling projects and priorities

Flexibility: 28 hours per week to be spread over 5 days

Location: Remote working with occasional get togethers in London

Salary: Circa £45,000 FTE
