Senior Administrator - part time, 4 days per week
The position involves general accounting (billing/chasing/itemising), managing the office, maintaining/ordering office supplies, booking appointments and diarising and other similar duties.
The job also involves, processing papers by data-inputting and responding to queries, lots of telephone work, help with drafting and binding legal documents (training provided), meeting clients and speaking face to face, keeping a diary for the directors, basic accounting (receiving and checking payments), banking, chasing old accounts.
The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to liaise by phone with clients (lawyers, companies and members of the public) and build good relations with them. Previous administrative experience is required and a background involving excellent customer service would be an advantage! The individual will have a flexible approach to working and be highly organised.
Good IT experience is a must especially Word and Outlook
Knowledge of SAGE accounting system would be an advantage but is not essential.
You will also demonstrate an ability to multi-task and be extremely conscientious in your approach, as attention to detail is vital to this role!
This is an initial 12 month contract with the possibility of extension.
