HR Manager - Part time 2 days per week, Hybrid working - 12 month FTC
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a newly created HR Manager position for a well established insurance broker. Due to a recent growth period, they are looking for an experienced HR professional to implement policies and procedures, source and manage an HR system and take on generalist HR responsibilities.
Previous experience working standalone for a small business and building an HR department from scratch is required, as well as working for an FCA regulated organisation.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will also be working closely with the Compliance Officer on FCA compliance audits and action plans.
Flexibility: 2 days per week - 12 month FTC
Location: City of London / Remote
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 FTE
