Role: Communications Coordinator, WSA Community Consultants

3 days/22.5 hours (core days should ideally include Tuesday and Wednesday but we can be flexible for the right candidate – we are also open to flexible working arrangements to accommodate school hours or other needs. We may also be able to consider a term-time only contract for this post.)

£27-£32,000 FTE, depending on experience (pro rata for 22.5 hours per week)

Remote working plus regular attendance at our London office

This role is a fixed term contract, initially for a period of one year

We’re looking for a creative, proactive and innovative individual to develop and manage our communications. By making a difference to how our business is run, you’ll be making a difference to the communities we support and empower every day.

Joining our small core team, you’ll lead on communications, taking overall responsibility for our social media accounts and working closely with colleagues to implement all aspects of our Communications Strategy including a re-branding process, promoting our training courses, leading on our annual report and a series of community insight blogs and developing / publishing newsletters to our mailing list. You’ll be a vital member of our team, ensuring our communications and branding reflects our ethos and what we do. Like everyone else in our small team, you’ll be willing to flex and adapt on a daily basis, transitioning from leading on a branding review to promoting our training programme on social media.
