Insurance Customer Delivery provides critical services to our customers, supporting them with their Insurance needs. In line with the Group vision to be the Best Bank for Customers, our focus is on ensuring the customer is at the heart of our business.

We are responsible for delivering exceptional service to our Home Insurance customers through servicing or claims. We shape and deliver the Insurance Customer Delivery strategy in order to maintain our position as the most trusted brand in the UK and the largest Home insurer in terms of customers.

We're seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals, to become part of our team of professional Customer Service Advisors. You will be working in our Contact Centre and will deal with inbound calls and written correspondence from both customers and our branch network.

As a Customer Service Advisor you will use your excellent communication, numerical and keyboard skills to deliver fantastic customer service. Our customers are very important to us so you must demonstrate fair treatment through professional guidance, competence, and the great quality of service they have come to expect.

Some knowledge and experience of insurance would be a plus, but it's not essential as we'll give you full training and all the support you need to reach your full potential with a 5-6 week Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00pm Induction Course. This will be followed by a further on the job telephony training, where you will be supported whilst you learn. During this time you will be given all the coaching and development you need to achieve your weekly targets. We will help you to obtain a full understanding of our operational policies and procedures plus give you an awareness of regulatory practices and constraints. So you don't need previous experience of finance or banking.

Various shifts are available across our core opening hours of 8.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am - 1.00pm on Saturdays. We are open to discussions around flexible working within these times.
