We have a great opportunity for an experienced Recruiter/Executive Search consultant to join this established, successful and growing company. Working entirely remotely with occasional planned quarterly meetings, you will be part of this thriving team who are passionate about the service they offer.
With at least 5 years experience within a commercial recruitment environment you will have a good understanding of the needs of an SME at scale up/venture stage and the functions required to accelerate growth. A full 360 role (there is plenty of support) you will be rewarded for your deliverables with a competitive salary and a commission scheme that recognises your personal contribution to the total revenue as well as a discretionary company bonus.
You must be a team player, comfortable with effectively managing your own time, have a consultative style, be confident in working and negotiating with the decision makers within an organisation and equally be able to interview and assess candidates at a senior level.
Whilst there is a business development element to this role, this company sees their "value add” in building relationships, advising and managing the recruitment process at a senior level on behalf of their clients, therefore a mature, professional and consultative approach is a must.
Flexibility: 4 or 5 days a week
Salary: Commensurate with experience
