Job Description:

At Grant Thornton our people are at the heart of everything we do, without great people we know we can't realise our vision of shaping a vibrant economy.  The purpose of this role is to maintain the firm's CRM database by performing data quality tasks, importing data into InterAction where needed, setting up and configuring user accounts, and resolving user support queries. You will be part of a small, super friendly and agile CRM team who provide key support and expertise to a wide range of internal teams across our firm. Your work will contribute to the bigger picture and you will enjoy influencing the success of our firm and shaping a vibrant economy.

  • Support the InterAction User community at Grant Thornton advising them on the most appropriate usage of CRM to meet their needs in a friendly and responsive manner
  • Answer training and process queries, related to using the InterAction system from around the firm in a timely manner, escalating more complex queries to more senior members of team where appropriate
  • Communicate with CRM User communities where appropriate, promoting information and news that would be helpful to them
  • Seeks regular feedback, and identifies and acts upon learning and development needs in order to develop technical and personal skills.
  • Completes a timely appraisal and personal development plan.
  • Carry out a data cleanse exercise on the contacts and data held within InterAction following agreed processes
  • Ensures that reviews of new and changed contacts are regularly carried out on an ongoing basis
  • Ensures that data held on InterAction is accurate and up to date by following processes on an ongoing basis
  • Performs the importing, de-duplication, validation, and promotion of contacts imported into InterAction
  • Performs ad-hoc team administrative duties as requested.
