PA to Directors of Operations and Fundraising/Marketing, part time - 21 hours pw
Pancreatic cancer is a tough one but we’re taking it on. We are supporting those affected by the disease, investing in ground breaking research, lobbying for greater recognition of pancreatic cancer, and being a voice for everyone involved in the fight.
This role reports to the Executive Assistant to the CEO and works directly with two members of the Senior Management Team (SMT), providing a high level PA service. This is an exciting new part-time permanent opportunity for an experienced PA who would like to work across both Operations and Fundraising and Marketing teams.
The PA will work with the SMT members in an open plan office together with all the London-based staff, fostering a friendly culture where senior managers are known for their approachability. The PA will need to reflect this in their style of working, being comfortable engaging at all levels in a non-hierarchical way. You will have previous experience at this level to enable you to deliver a first-class service, demonstrating excellent interpersonal, organisational and administrative skills. It is essential that you are discrete and understand the need for confidentiality in dealing with potentially sensitive information.
Both SMT members work part-time with some home-working, so you will need to be self-motivated with high levels of initiative. You will work 21 hours per week, ideally over four days from Monday to Friday.
