This is an amazing opportunity to join this established international but newly financed Marketing Technology company at the beginning of its transformation. Joining the recently appointed MD, you will be part of setting the marketing blue print and be integral to crystallising the strategy moving forward.

Championing the external brand and building internal positivity for and consensus behind the Purpose, Mission and Vision the key elements of the role are:

Brand Development and Strategy

  • Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices
  • Support the Managing Director in the development of and communication of the UK's Purpose, Mission and Vision
  • Work with product development, commercial, campaign delivery and technology teams to ensure innovation of our products and services fits with our brand and our strategic direction
  • Communication and Marketing Positioning
  • Manage and promote the UK brand, building awareness and establishing the company position as a thought leader and expert in promotional marketing
  • Guide creative direction to ensure cohesive brand delivery across channels and audiences; coordinating the production, update and alignment across all communication
  • Own (and manage) the evolution of SEO, website, social media presence, marketing, and sales materials
  • Organise promotional events, trade shows, conferences, and other events as required
  • Develop and execute structured annual marketing plan, maximising ROI from marketing budget

Sales strategy and pricing

  • Drive lead generation and the conversion of prospects into clients
  • Work with the commercial and finance teams to determine pricing for our solutions and services
  • Advise the commercial team in setting their go to market strategies and target clients

To be successful you will have:

  • Proven experience of developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Skills to analyse and monitor trends in the marketplace
  • Ability to rapidly process lots of disparate data and information and to draw out relevant conclusions and opportunities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in social media, website management, networking platforms and online marketing
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Ability to multitask and make decisions
  • Commercially savvy, ability to convince and interact with a wide variety of stakeholders across all levels and functions
  • Willingness to get stuck in
