Europe Marketing are looking for a new Senior Brand Manager to be part of the World’s No 1 Gin.

As Senior Brand Manager for Gordon’s you will be part of lead this 250 year old brand to a new chapter in its life. In the last two years, Gordons has undergone a complete brand re-launch across Europe and the next challenge is to bring GB to share growth and extend the GB success across Continental Europe. 

Top Accountabilities 

  • Deliver disruptive media first plans across key  markets (GB, Iberia, Germany, Italy)
  • Focused on delivering a media, social media, and C&E plan across multiple channels on a total TM level
  • Your remit will be pan European and you work with multiple agencies, teams and partners to deliver on our penetration, salience and brand love objectives. The sky is the limit as we strive to add value and recruit new consumers, by delivering hyper relevant content with our brand purpose at the core, a personal at scale nature of interaction, a network of win/win partnership and challenging the return of every pound spent on the brand. Gordon’s will become the next Converse of spirits and a best in class brand at Diageo!
  • Opportunity to support our longer term strategic planning cycle from start to finish on one of the critical premium core brands in the European region. This is an opportunity to learn and showcase strategic thinking – and an ability to move seamlessly between strategy and operational detail. Building brilliant relationships across countries, commercial and GBT teams will be critical.
  • Manage the brand P&L in priority countries
  • Ensure we nurture and grow the Gordon’s TM leading a multi-functional team to drive an individual country P&L, ensuring outstanding mental and physical availability execution.
  • Build strong relationships with the commercial and CP&A teams on the ground to deliver above and beyond AOP. Drive Game, IBP and monthly performance - proposing improvements, interventions, etc.

 Qualifications and experience required

  • Strong experience in consumer and customer marketing
  • Team player, resilient, positive outlook
  • Proven ability to put the consumer at the heart of everything you do, building clear plans from genuine insight
  • Demonstrated strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to influence and drive alignment at all levels within our business, especially commercial teams and senior management
  • A passionate & dynamic leader with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams and individuals to deliver excellent results
  • A true self starter, proactivity is one of your greatest assets as well as the ability to have fun along the way
