Part time Office Administrator required at our busy Brackmills forklift driver training school.
Some book-keeping experience preferred but training will be provided.
Must have good English speaking and comprehension skills and display a confident telephone manner.
Should be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excell software.
The position is part time up to 24 hours per week, though flexibility may be ocassionally be required for holiday and emergency cover.
The work is varied and includes: Answering the telephone, handling inquiries, customer srvice, data entry, some book keeping and other general office duties.
Prefered days and start/finish times negotiable to suit.
