Hours: Part time, 21.6 hours per week on days to be agreed, between 8.00am–4.00pm (may be negotiable for the right candidate). Term time working (+ additional 10 days during August and 5 days as INSET days throughout the year)
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £28,500 pa pro-rated to £14,558 per annum for term time working

If you are an organised and detail-orientated administrator, this is a great opportunity to play a key support role at one of the country’s leading girls’ day schools.
As the Exams, Assessment and Data Coordinator, you will assist with the administration, co-ordination and smooth running of public and internal examinations and will also play a vital role in reviewing, evaluating and maintaining management information systems and data, ensuring accurate data is available to the Senior Leadership Team and teaching staff.
We are looking for a self-motivated, reliable individual with the excellent time management skills required to take on this busy role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will also be required as will the ability to work within a team environment and with young people.
You will need to have demonstrable ICT skills and be adept with the Microsoft Office suite of applications. Knowledge of exam board regulations and an understanding of database technology and school data management systems (preferably SIMS) would also be desirable, although training will be given to the successful candidate.
