About the role

As our Sales Officer, you’ll provide a high-quality sales and support service which is responsive to the needs and requirements of our residents and the Development & Asset Management team.

The role is key in leading the delivery of our ongoing asset sales to support the effective delivery of the Asset Management Strategy and Development Strategy.

We’re looking for someone to lead on sales, disposals, shared ownership staircasing and leasehold extensions ensuring audit requirements are met and monitored to ensure key organisational targets are achieved.

You’ll also be providing support to the Strategic Asset Manager by assisting with marketing strategies along with the administration of strategic departmental activity including coordination of Key Performance data.

About you

You’ll bring a warm and professional approach to building and sustaining relationships with a wide range of people, including partners and contractors.

As a team player, you will have the ability to work to tight deadlines. You’ll need solid IT skills and the ability to monitor and achieve challenging performance targets.
