Good Humans is looking for a lifesaver in their Client and Creative Services department.

Your role would be to help oversee the workflow, maintain the quality, and continue to develop ways in which we can work better, while constantly nurturing the relationship with our clients.

We are a remote working team and have been for the last 14 years, so we have great systems in place.  However some meetings are always best in person and you would be expected to attend meetings in person around London roughly every week. We are happy to speak to you about your flex working requirements to make the role work for both you and the business.

It's a hybrid role and at any one time, you will need to wear the hat of a Traffic Manager/ Creative Services Manager / Project Manager / Account Manager. You would be working alongside 5 existing Client and Creative Services Managers.

Key Responsibilities
Relationships - maintain an excellent relationship with the client - ensuring the integrity of the brand and the reputation of GH at all times and as importantly internally you would need to look out for your colleagues. The welfare of the team and their morale is part of your remit.

Workflow - scheduling the workload of the people in the creative team, ensuring every job is delivered on deadline (or before) and that all involved are managed effectively.

Briefs - marshalling work coming in, ensuring all assets are in place and everything makes sense before we start work.

Meetings - arrange, attend and host semi-regular client meetings (most of which are remote all remote), creation of agendas and minutes.

Admin - You would need to be organised and understand the concept of folders/filing and reports. Keeping track of where we are on a project is something you must stay on top of. We have systems but we need to make them better and we'd want you to be involved in that too.

The Person
Needs to be experienced (min. 7 years) - ideally from an Advertising/Design / Creative / Studio background. If you’ve worked with POS /artwork and print - even better.

Need to know the difference between an open file and a PDF, understand the creative and artworking process.

A comprehension of digital rollouts for socials is also very helpful We are looking for someone who has a can-do attitude, a multi-tasker born and bred - day in and day out. Someone who can foresee a problem before it occurs and when it occurs to fix it fast. Due to the nature of the role and how we work you'll need to be comfortable working without a physical team around you BUT you need to be an excellent communicator as you will be required to be online with contact being made by phone, email and Slack to achieve what you need to. You will need to be able to type at a good speed. Some days you may be sending in excess of 100 emails.
