This is an exciting time to join GSK's Consumer Health Care business. As a leader in the OTC market, GSK is going through a significant transformation. Net revenue management is a key priority for the CEO of Consumer healthcare and is one of GSK's strategic priorities.

Job Purpose:

As the leader of the Net Revenue Management (NRM) for GSK Consumer Health, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of gross margin improvement ambition and ensuring that NRM becomes a codified and sustainable organisational discipline. You will deliver a continuously updated roadmap, revenue opportunity clarity and tracking.

The Area GMs and GMs will be accountable for the delivery of NRM outcomes with the support of the NRM Lead catalysts to help them deliver value via NRM.

Key Responsibilities:

As the successful applicant, you will be accountable for overall NRM organisational capability, governance and delivery. You will create (globally) and implement (locally) repeatable content (tools and materials) for global best-practice with scale/consistency.

This role will be responsible for establishing and running the global NRM community forums and will lead the virtual centre of excellence (COE). You will also be responsible for ensuring GSK leaders are aligned on the global NRM agenda and objectives.

As the global owner of the annual NRM process, you will be responsible for global NRM objective setting as per "One NRM KPI" principle. You will also prioritise and address global opportunities or special projects, supported by reliable financial impact estimates e.g. trade policy harmonisation, and cross border pricing.

This role will be responsible for partnering with local NRM teams to translate and introduce new approaches/incorporate lessons from front-lines - partner in building revenue stories for big customers and design repeatable models.

In addition, you will lead a global cross-functional team to drive NRM:

  • Partner with Global Category teams to link brand objectives to NRM framework (e.g. pricing, assortment guidelines etc.) and develop, evolve and maintain the company's toolkit of core NRM analytical tools (pricing, promotion and assortment)
  • Own the NRM capability build/training agenda and roadmap program, supporting the implementation of long-term NRM capability building/training and provide in-market support for special projects, including new market roll-out of approach, tools
  • continuous updated Roadmap, revenue opportunity clarity and tracking

  • Significant FMCG Experience in various commercial functions
  • Operational experience in brand, sales, trade marketing, project management is essential as meaningful senior stakeholder engagement and tangible NRM results.
  • Experience in leading a multi market Net Revenue Programme
  • Experience of leading a NRM function
  • Proven communication skills
  • Senior Stakeholder Management Experience
