In order to achieve this, we must be the BEST at catering to the needs of trade buyers that live online, we will step change the acceleration of roll out of our Diageo One eB2B platform as well as step change the value we build for our business buyers. About the role

As our Global Head of eB2B you will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of our business’ evolution and an outstanding opportunity to future proof your career with deep immersion into the constantly evolving world of selling our brands online. You will work with Commercial Directors, Execution Leads and Head of Commercial functions in markets to go through Diagnostic, design and Implementation work around crafting their RtC of the Future & eB2B Acceleration.

You will be responsible for driving analytical insight to operationalize RtC commercial standards and optimise RTC performance in markets across all sales channels, traditional and digital. Along with this you will develop external as well as internal best practice and benchmarking around industry leading RtC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enable markets to deliver eB2B transformation and RtC of the Future transformation to future proof their commercial organisation and improve Diageo growth in the markets.
  • Delivering the roadmap for rolling out our RtC transformation across our selected markets across our business.
  • Delivering Market Readiness assessment to D&T and Diageo One Product team to enable deployment in each new market
  • Engage markets around RtC of the Future & eB2B Acceleration implementation in their market following clear process and the Global RtC of the Future toolkit;
    • Market Engagement
    • Market Diagnostic – What are we solving for in the RtC Transformation
    • Market Design – Developing RtC design options, how we implement sales, building an extraordinary OMNI Channel RtC for the market using external and internal best practice benchmarks at the same time as designing a RtC fit for purpose based on the market conditions
    • Market Implementation – support the market with the Implementation planning and business case creation to ensure perfect implementation by the market
    • Completing Market Readiness assessment supported by Regional leads to handover to the D&T and Diageo One Product team for product deployment in each market
    • Post Project Gate review – ensure post project gate review to review in market delivery vs business case signed off

  • Must speak English including excellent written English language skills. 2nd language desirable (but not crucial)
  • FMCG experience and commercially intuitive

  • Identify clear priorities and focus on them at all times
