Part time HR Consultant (change management)
Our client is an SME within the financial services sector based in NW London. They are seeking an interim HR Consultant on a part time basis (circa 3-4 days a week) reporting into the CEO. The role is likely to be for 4-6 months although may extend.
The role will focus on implementing change across the business, of which there are 3 business locations. This will include reviewing the business objectives and devising and implementing an HR strategy and cohesive working culture. The role will involve setting policies and procedures in line with employment law and business culture, creating and implementing a performance management system and creating a successful collaborative working culture. Whilst the role will focus on change management the role will also include employee relations, recruitment and retention and training and development. There is an HR administrator to support and mentor.
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified ideally (or similar) and must have experience in a small business in a stand alone HR role and have experience ideally in the financial services sector. He/she will have change management experience ideally with an international focus. He/she will be experienced managing a range of stakeholders and building relationships and communicating effectively. He/she will be consultative and adaptable with the ability to work under pressure and manage resistence to change. Proven experience of managing a changing culture within organisations is essential as is good employment law knowledge.
Candidates must be able to start with relatively short notice.

- Flexibility – circa 3-4 days a week (contract duration up to 6 months)
