Expanding construction company require a finance assistant to join the small & friendly finance department.   Role is for a minimum of 15 hours per week worked over 3 days per week (Mon-Fri).

Role involves:-

  • assisting with all purchase ledger functions including dealing with supplier invoices, reconciliation of supplier accounts & liaison with suppliers.
  • liaison with project teams;
  • assisting company accountant with preparing information for management team;
  • input of information to Sage;
  • some office duties.

Ideally we would like someone who has previously worked in a finance department or construction company & has previously used Sage but full training will be given.
