Finance Assistant - part time 15 hours per week worked over 3 days per week (Mon-Fri).
Expanding construction company require a finance assistant to join the small & friendly finance department. Role is for a minimum of 15 hours per week worked over 3 days per week (Mon-Fri).
- assisting with all purchase ledger functions including dealing with supplier invoices, reconciliation of supplier accounts & liaison with suppliers.
- liaison with project teams;
- assisting company accountant with preparing information for management team;
- input of information to Sage;
- some office duties.
Ideally we would like someone who has previously worked in a finance department or construction company & has previously used Sage but full training will be given.
