BMC also includes a number of teams who are responsible for content development, editorial, webcasts, events-staging, strategy, planning and operations. The opportunity

Within the Global Brand, Marketing & Communications (BMC) function we have an exciting opportunity for individuals who are proactive, energetic and detail-orientated. The opportunity yields a spot for you to join the Associate Development Program within Global BMC. This will be an 18-month development program in which you will gain experience of working in a large international organization, with a variety of learning experience from peer-to-peer coaching to formal learning as well as 6-month rotations to different teams within integrated Go-to-Market, Brand & Experiences, Communications & Engagement and Enablement. There might also be an opportunity for extension at the end of the program.  

Your key responsibilities

In this role, you will play an important part in supporting the execution of our BMC programs and campaigns globally to help build a better working world by collaborating with the business to help take services and solutions to market, building relationships with all of EY’s stakeholders, engaging our people, bringing our purpose to life and driving our trusted, distinctive brand.

As part of this Development program, you will be a fundamental member of our team, gaining a broad experience, expanding understanding of the EY business, and developing new skills. You will be assigned to various teams or priority projects periodically based on skills, program needs, business priorities, development opportunities and career ambition. 

You are likely to spend most of your time on the following tasks:

  • Developing stakeholder presentations and toolkits
  • Getting involved in the creation of external and internal communications materials
  • Coming up with ideas for creative marketing assets
  • Supporting campaign and initiative measurement and reporting
  • Ensuring that team SharePoint sites are up to date with relevant content and materials
  • Coordinating various activities and deliverables
  • Working collaboratively BMC pillars and teams
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders effectively and maintain good working relationships across BMC and other functions
  • Supporting the development of presentations and decks

To do this you will need to build strong relationships, develop a good understanding of EY and be willing to contribute new ideas. You will need to become familiar with EY’s processes and structure, e.g. EY’s external communications review and approval process.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Relevant experience that supports the role (either from education, previous employment or extra-curricular activities).
  • Project management skills
