The Global Ecosystem Brand, Marketing & Communications (BMC) team is seeking an alliance and ecosystem Marketing Supervising Associate to drive: 

  • Program co-ordination and execution for cross-alliance / ecosystem multi-channel campaigns and internal team initiatives 

  • Social media channel management (Twitter & Linkedin) 

The position requires innovation, creativity, and ability to juggle multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously. It will be important to build collaborative relationships across the BMC team, extended teams, and with key stakeholders across the firm and within our ecosystem partner communities. This role requires an energetic and resilient team player with an excellent understanding of what it takes to deliver social media programs in a multi-channel environment. The successful candidate will be comfortable collaborating with external vendors and internal EY resources to help execute deliverables and comfortably work across wider functions including ey.com, social, media relations and analyst relations.  The role will also be a key resource to build, nurture and sustain team culture. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Execute the team’s digital channel strategy – especially the management of social BAU content strategy and campaigns – working in close partnership with the Ecosystem Digital marketing lead. 

  • Work closely with subject matter experts to place, create and manage the digital assets, externally and internally, utilizing multiple formats and channels as appropriate 

  • Collaborate with other Brand, Marketing and Communications; Business Development and Account Management professionals throughout the global organization to ensure integration of Alliance and Ecosystem into relevant programs. 

  • Project manage and help execute selected cross-team initiatives, campaigns and tactics, offering support where needed, to the broader Global Alliances and Ecosystems BMC team. Activities include alliance channel awareness, market awareness, and joint demand and lead generation initiatives designed to meet the agreed-upon BMC contribution to our alliance and ecosystem relationships. 

  • Track usage and assist in the creation of analytics reports - measuring the effectiveness of overall marketing campaigns and individual initiatives, providing reports and status updates 

  • Support effective proprietary programs and coordinate event participation and sponsorships where relevant 

  • Support team culture through management and delivery of team communications, events and activities  

Experience requirements: 

  • A Bachelor's degree, with a Marketing or Communications major.  

  • 4-7 years of B2B marketing experience - professional services, technology marketing, and/or channel/partner marketing experience preferred.   

  • Strong project management skills.  

  • Deep understanding of social media channels 

  • Adobe creative cloud applications 

  • Ability to communicate effectively and comfortably with leadership 

  • High level of networking, team building and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Sense of humor.  

  • Other: requires an agile mindset; a willingness to contribute where required to support additional, high-value initiatives and programs.
