Project Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO

28 or 35 hours weekly/ 4 or 5 days

Salary: circa £38k (pro rata if 4 days)

Super organised and like working with numbers and people? This could be the job for you.

Working with the chief executive to deliver key projects, support Leadership Team meetings, and co-ordinate and scrutinize performance reporting, you’ll be playing a pivotal role at ISHA.

We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, who can see ‘the wood for the trees’ in both data and words. Someone who can highlight opportunities and help make them a reality.

You’ll be highly organised and will be central to delivering our three-year management and leadership programme and managing other CEO led initiatives. There’s some administrative work and diary management too.

This is a brand-new role, and you can help shape it. We are open to it either being full time or 4 days a week. After all, we all have busy lives and other things we want and need to do. Maybe, for example, you’re returning to the workforce and want something that fits with dropping your children off at school, or maybe you’re retraining or studying. Our flexible working policy also allows for homeworking two days a week.

Importantly, if you read the job description and think it sounds exciting and something you’d like to do, but you can’t tick all the boxes, please get in touch anyway. Transferable skills are just that – transferable.

In return we’ll give you good pay and holidays, lovely people to work with, training and development, and the fulfilment of knowing you are helping deliver and maintain much-needed quality homes and support communities in North London.

ISHA is a small housing association that aims to make a real difference in the community it exists to serve. We don’t always get it right and with just 70 staff we need each person to play their part to the full. You could be one of our number.

If you share our values and ambition to be a brilliant housing association (as judged by our residents), get in touch. And be the change we want to see for North London.
