Director, IPT Activation, Open to flexibility

Stars wanted! We are searching for a Director IPT Activation who can make a positive difference to the CGA team and GSK as a whole and who can inspire others to the same. Come and join the team! WHAT IS YOUR JOB PURPOSE?

GSK has three priorities: Innovation, Performance and Trust and a key pillar of Trust is GSK being a modern employer. As the global GSK Brand Team our objective is to bring GSK to life through activating our three priorities and this role specifically to activate GSK as a modern employer. To help build GSK's reputation as a modern employer both internally and externally.

Relocation will be considered for the right candidate at the full discretion of GSK.

WHAT ARE YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES?

Working with HR, Internal and external communications to develop and deliver a strong and coherent Modern Employer activation strategy and deployment plan.

Working with HR, Recruitment, Internal and External Communications and paid digital to develop a holistic and integrated deployment plan. Ensuring alignment across internal and external channels, messages and content areas

Work with internal content experts and external agencies to create a library of global assets to support Modern Employer. Eg film, infographic, photography. Manage those assets through the GSK Brand Hub.

Develop creative executions within the GSK IPT visual framework and messaging hierarchy. Deliver relevant and engaging core content for use and adaptation in internal and external digital channels, corporate campaigns and corporate events eg AGM. Work with paid digital experts to develop a social media strategy to boost relevant key content.

Why You?

Basic qualifications:

  • We are looking for an experience marketeer or communicator to work in a complex matrix structure with proven interpersonal, planning, development, deployment and project management skills to effectively drive activating GSK as a modern employer.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Degree in Economics, Business (or different degrees with Finance qualification)
  • Specialisation in Management/Finance
  • Significant R&D/ Commercial Finance experience
  • Experience at a senior level.
  • Good knowledge of GSK Finance standards, systems and processes.
  • Ability to persuasively challenge assumptions
  • Ability to flexibly adapt financial modelling solutions to different issues/opportunities on price analysis to be managed
  • Ability to work closely with commercial / Market Access and effectively communicate financial targets & measures within context of their accountabilities
  • Ability to influence beyond formal authority levels
  • Ability to influence decision making process across geographies
