Occupational Health Advisor, Open to flexibility

GSK have a great new opportunity for a driven Occupational Health Advisor/Nurse Advisor to work within the Employee Health & Wellbeing -Occupational Health Services team!

You will be able to use your healthcare experience and knowledge, in a rapidly growing company, to provide professional medical intervention, consultation and preventative programmes to GSK employees. You will be helping to protect and enhance the health, wellbeing, and performance of GSK employees.

You would be part of the UK Occupational Health team and a well-established Regional Team, working collaboratively to carry out core Occupational Health services as well as collaborating and delivering forward thinking health and well-being strategies across the organisation.

Apart from the above, your responsibilities in the role will be to:

  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with line managers, HR/Safety professionals to manage work-related ill health and capability issue
  • Manage varied activities such as: Business Travel Consultations , Health Surveillance Programmes, Health Capability Assessment, Case Management.
  • Be intuitively Customer focused and deliver a high-quality service.
  • Fully engage with clinical governance framework and internal audits.
  • Work in delivering the Service to SEQOHS standards.

Basic qualifications:

  • Registered nurse on part 1 of the NMC register
  • Ideally OH Qualification
  • Relevant experience in Occupational Health Service delivery
