Our Employer Brand team manages all recruitment marketing initiatives for EMEIA Financial Services, focusing on building brand awareness externally and developing a compelling people proposition. Our campaigns work to attract the best talent into the business and we work closely with all talent sub-teams to make the EY employee experience an exceptional one.

Your Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a curious, creative and resilient individual to be a part of our EMEIA Financial Services Employer Brand team. As part of this role, you will be exposed to a variety of different projects, working with colleagues throughout Talent. Your main role will be focused on the management of the EMEIA Financial Services careers social media channels and website. You will be responsible for both developing and executing our social media content strategy as well as assisting the team with presentations, campaign management, content sourcing, leadership support, and internal communications.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

  • Drive the ongoing development of our careers website and social media content. You will be responsible for ensuring we have an active bank of digital content throughout the year.

  • Collaborating with our wider Talent team, you will develop communications to bring our people campaigns to life both internally and externally. This may include diversity and inclusion campaigns, recruitment marketing toolkits or other talent related activities.    

  • Empower our people to use social media through the facilitation of one-to-one training and group workshops.

  • Manage our internal marketing approvals process and digital content management system.

  • Support both the employer brand team and wider talent community on any adhoc projects requiring marketing and communications support 

 To Qualify for the role you must have:

  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to present in front of varied audiences and cultivate networks in a matrixed organization

  • A strong, resilient and positive outlook when working under pressure  

 Ideally, you’ll also have: 

  • An eye for design and the ability to think creatively

  • Commercial awareness and an enthusiasm for the financial services industry

  • A digital and technology enthusiast with demonstrable interest in social media, mobile technologies and other communication channels

  • Previous experience in using Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is desirable
