Would you like to help HM Land Registry deliver its ambitious new Business Strategy? As a part time member of the Organisation and Employee Development Team you will be contributing by ensuring the building of organisation and employee capability to support the Business Strategy. The team works in partnership with business representatives, Human Resources colleagues and external stakeholders to help develop the organisation and its culture, facilitate change, build skills and leadership capability and develop personal effectiveness.
We are looking for candidates with experience in facilitation, excellent team-working skills and a customer-focused approach.
You will create innovative online training materials and contribute to the design and development of skills programmes and learning activities. You will be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels and deliver effective, high quality learning solutions. You will need to work accurately and with pace to contribute to key organisation and employee development projects with colleagues.
We are seeking candidates who have Associate Membership of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) or have the equivalent experience and are prepared to commit to achieving qualifications to CIPD standards.
