Head of Educational Partnerships - Financial Services

Our client is an SME providing services to clients within the financial and investment sectors. They are now seeking a Head of Educational Partnerships to join the team.
The primary activities of this role are to build and maintain close relationships with key stakeholders at investment firms and elsewhere in the learning and development infrastructure. The role will grow and maintain high quality relationships with senior stakeholders, identify market opportunities and needs, and initiate the development of new educational products and services.
The role will involve developing client prospects by devising strategies that work for client or client groups and measuring these against associated KPIs. The role will maximise networking opportunities and opportunities for development of senior stakeholder relationships which will include presenting at industry events to share insights and develop opportunities. The role will also oversee relationships with learning and development professionals and educational stakeholder networks.
This role will suit someone who has worked within the financial services (ideally investment) sector. He/she may have had a career as an investment professional managing a team and be looking for a new opportunity where they can use their knowledge and network within the industry. He/she will be able to build strong stakeholder relationships and have the gravitas to work with CEOs and partners. He/she will ideally be CFA qualified and have some knowledge of learning and development.
- Flexibility – 3-4 days a week (some home working may be avaialble)
- Salary – £60-80K FTE
