Operations Assistant, Open to flexibility

The Stockbroking team within our Insurance & Wealth function is the Group's retail stockbroking arm, based in Leeds, Lovell Park. We are dedicated to meeting our customers' needs across our three core brands and specialist brand iWeb. With an award winning execution only dealing service, we have established ourselves as one of the big five investment platforms, with a 10% market share.

As an Operations Assistant you will join the ranks of a Top 3 UK Execution Only Stockbroker. As part of the Client Assets and Money Team you will be working in a highly regulated area so your attention to detail will ensure accuracy at all times. Using you excellent written an oral communication skills you will deliver a great customer experience.

Right from the start, we'll give you full training and all the support you need with an Induction Course. This will be followed by a further on the job training, where you will be supported by your Buddy whilst you learn. During this time you will be given all the coaching and development you need to achieve your competency. We will help you to obtain a full understanding of our operational policies and procedures plus give you an awareness of regulatory practices and constraints. So you don't need previous stockbroking experience however some knowledge and experience of working within the financial industry would be a plus.

Our office hours are 8.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday and we are open to discussions around flexible working to facilitate a working arrangement suitable to both you and the business.
