CRM Administrator - Part-time 2.5 days/wk

The BCI is the global membership organisation representing professionals working in the field of business continuity. Our small, friendly team based in Caversham, Reading supports a global community of members and works to create a more resilient future for organisations around the world. We are recruiting for a CRM Administrator to help maintain and develop our database and ensure it keeps pace with changes in operations, policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys working with data, has excellent attention to detail, and is a super user of Dynamics 365 (or similar) and Excel. You will report in to the Technical Operations Manager but will work across all areas of the business.

Key tasks will include bulk data uploads, data maintenance/cleanse and segmentation, as well as supporting the CRM Manager on other ad-hoc tasks.

Responsibilities: 

  • Upload data sets into CRM
  • Verify and modify existing data in CRM
  • Ensure data is correct across existing CRM contact and organisation records Identify and correct errors made by system users, and communicate them in a helpful and supportive manner
  • Be a point of contact for raising support ‘tickets’ for break-fixes
  • Support with UAT during implementation of system changes

Requirements:

  • Process-oriented and excellent attention to detail
  • Experience of Dynamics 365 CRM or similar
  • CRM/data management system Excellent general IT skills, including demonstrable experience working with large spreadsheets in MS Excel
  • Self-motivated with a flexible and proactive attitude
