Please note this is initially a 6 month secondment

About the Role

  • Working with the International Supply Chain (ISC) to execute and trigger orders to fulfil the IMCs' stock replenishment plans 
  • Perform load building, order validation and order amendments
  • To provide a high quality service to our stakeholders and continuously improving this service level
  • Key point in challenging and improving processes, utilising synergies between different areas.
  • Providing and coordinating trainings for new comers and refreshment trainings for the Team
  • Ensure that market intelligence applied to load building and synchronised with direct despatch opportunities from site
  • To provide a High Quality and responsive Service to our stakeholders and continuously improving this service level
  • Ensure that the KPI’s are delivered and improved.
  • Active participation in executional and performance management forums with key stakeholder

What you need to be a success

  • Accuracy, attention to details, strong analytical skills, confident with systems
  • Ability to effectively prioritise incoming issues and build on acquired knowledge when making decisions in own area of responsibility
  • Has the ability to analyse situations and find solutions to issues, coupled with a deep understanding of how the end-to-end business operates
  • Responds positively to direction and shows energy in delivering what is expected within own area of work
  • Take ownership for the performance outcomes the team needs to deliver; Pro-actively identify, drive and lead business improvement in the team.
  • Has good knowledge of internal and external business partners
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to manage and maintain great relationship with a variety of key stakeholders and can adapt their style to suit a diverse customer base

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Fluent English* Strong MS Office* Proven record of coordination of complex tasks or projects / great relationship building
  • Strong understanding of end to end supply operational process, including planning, replenishment, MTO, manufacturing, materials and service supply
  • Minimum 1 year Supply Chain/Customer service SC degree
  • Experience working with SAP DEP & APO is an advantage
