Senior Administration Assistant, Open to flexibility

Working within our Insurance & Wealth division as a Senior Administration Assistant you will be delivering an excellent customer service by working towards the successful remediation of customers affected by errors on their products.

Reporting in to the Customer Solutions Team Managers you will use your enthusiasm and energy to focus on driving Continuous Improvement and use your experience of managing and developing people to get the best from your Team. With your keen attention to detail you will maintain and manage the management information as well as perform quality checking, so your excellent knowledge of Excel will be essential. Planning and organisation skills will be key in this role as you will be supporting the senior manager directly and meeting tight deadlines. as well as quality checking and reporting.

As your knowledge and experience grows you will generate ideas and suggestions to improve the work and eliminate waste. Energising and championing a customer focused continuous improvement ethos within the team.

Right from the start, we'll give you full training and all the support you need with an Induction Course which will be followed by 121 support whilst you learn. During this time you will be given all the coaching and development you need to achieve your competency. We will help you to embed quality within your work and obtain a full understanding of our operational policies and procedures plus give you an awareness of regulatory practices and constraints. So you don't need previous experience of finance or banking however some knowledge and experience of being in a telephone based role is a plus.

Our office hours are 7.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday and we are open to discussions around flexible working to facilitate a working arrangement suitable to both you and the business.
