For over 30 years the Henry Stewart Group of Companies has been providing continuing professional development and graduate education through face-to-face conferences and training courses, professional publications and online education.  Subject areas extend from managing digital assets to advances in biomedical and life sciences, finance, real estate, pensions, marketing, not-for-profit, pharmaceutical regulation, statistics, technology and a host of other disciplines.

We are now looking for an Accounts Assistant – 3 days a week –  £23,000 pro-rata

Duties include:

  • Purchase ledger including invoice authorisation and payment
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Journal preparation and entry
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Banking
  • Accounts filing
  • Providing cover for HSCS/HSP staff
