To enjoy this role and to succeed you will need a track record of consistently delivering high levels of results, using constructive management practices and of exceeding multiple, challenging performance objectives. If you have worked in financial services before, this will help but the training, continuous development and support structures we offer mean you may be equally successful coming from a background in retail or another industry.
