Your role

Switchboard and Booking Desk Assistants are key to the smooth running of our business. It’s a busy role and your exceptional communication skills will be in great demand. Dealing with high volumes of national and international enquiries from our employees, suppliers, investors and clients will require a calm, professional approach at all times. No two days will be the same. The room booking and video conference requests you’ll get will vary in complexity. You will need to liaise with other departments to provide a whole host of additional service requirements for your clients in a responsible and timely manner. An eye for detail and sharp organisational skills will be key. As a guardian of our reputation, we’ll rely on you to provide impeccable first line advice and guidance every time.

Monday – Friday 7am – 9pm shift pattern (must be available to work between these hours)

Flexible ways of working I.E working from home or other Deloitte locations.

Your professional experience

To be considered, you will have good experience of working in a customer focused environment, dealing with volume calls and enquiries. You should be a team player but also relied upon to solve problems without leaving it to others. A background in hospitality, event management or catering would be advantageous, but not essential.
