We are a boutique Pilates and Fitness Brand with high-end studios and a jetsetter clientele in London and Milan. We are currently looking for a friendly, fitness passionate and enthusiastic addition to our team to be the first point of contact for the marketing, sales and client liaison at our buzzing Knightsbridge branch.

Working hours are 30 hours per week (either 8am to 2pm or 2pm to 8pm) over 4 weekdays and one weekend day (8am to 2pm).


You will Assist the General Manager in implementing all marketing activities and maintaining loyalty initiatives to increase frequency and repeat business

You will be the voice of the Vita community on social media to engage with it and grow it, being responsible for contents, photos and videos  

You will be the face of the business and share with our clients our love for active lifestyle, healthy food and luxe sportwear

You will embody our mission to inspire people to become more active and therefore looking and feeling gorgeous living a healthier, more glamorous and happier life

You will engage with members making sure every client feels as happy, special and looked after as possible, meeting and greeting always with a big smile 

You will engage with existing and new potential clients dealing with all enquiries and promoting classes, memberships and sales at the studio as well as through newsletters, online and social media special offers  

You will ensure the studio is always looking at its best and at all times fully equipped with necessities and amenities and all records and systems are kept up to date
