Access Provisioning - Windows Technical Lead, Open to flexibility

IT Cyber Security provides Lloyds Banking Group with a secure operating environment, safe from malicious attack or abuse of privilege by applying controls on behalf of Data Owners and promoting the secure use of IT across the Group. The successful candidate will join the Distributed Systems Access team as an Operations Lead, responsible for leading a team of SMEs focused on delivery of critical provisioning and compliance related tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of these services to defined service level agreements.

Core Purpose of the role

  • Leading, coaching and motivating a team of technical analysts across the Distributed Systems Access team focused on delivery of key services within defined service level agreements.
  • Focus on proactively improving the end to end experience of colleagues across LBG.
  • Effectively manage senior stakeholders , ensuring all queries and escalations are handled
  • Ensure on boarding processes for Platform and Privileged Access service are complete and being adhered to.
  • Provide "end to end" assurance of coverage across all I&AM control areas (including Break Glass, recertification and provisioning) for managed applications and supporting Infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance to SOX, ITEC and other internal standards are maintained whilst building relationships with IT Risk, SOX and Audit partners.

Significant experience of working in an Identity & Access Management or IT Security function is essential as is experience in the use of PowerShell and Active Directory, Exchange and NTFS file permissions.

Experience scripting languages (BASH, Perl, Java, SQL) identity management toolsets such as OIM and knowledge and experience of Cloud infrastructure would be beneficial
