Human Resources Officer, part time - 2.5 days per week
We are looking to recruit a Human Resource Officer to assist MRG achieve its objectives through the provision of effective human resources services to all staff.
We are really looking to hire a Human Resources specialist for this post, we want to avoid role confusion and perceived conflicts of interest within the organisation, and so we are unlikely to combine the role with project support, administration or other part time work or roles that may be available at MRG either now or in the future.
Successful candidates should have at least two-year’s work experience in human resources with qualification covering and/or experience of working on recruitment, equal opportunities monitoring, training (commissioning and logistics), support on day to day HR decision making, record keeping, policy development.
Candidates should have very good prioritisation and workload management skills as this post will involve considerable juggling of tasks with hard deadlines.
Experience of human resources issues in an international environment and experience of work permission, industrial relations, reporting to an oversight body is desirable.
This position is for an initial 12-month contract with the possibility of extension.
