Senior Secretary, Audit & Assurance, Cambridge ( Part time 3 days per week)

Your opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Secretary to provide efficient, organised and flexible support to our Audit business in Cambridge. 

Your role

Specific responsibilities will include: 

  • Complex diary management 
  • Taking the lead on travel arrangements (domestic and international travel alongside air and rail travel) 
  • Organising meetings with clients and internal stakeholders 
  • Act on own initiative to ensure complex queries are progressed within timescales
  • Processing expenses
  • Filing, scanning, printing, photocopying and mail distribution
  • Research using firm’s databases & other publications
  • Establish a rapport with clients, partners and staff

Your professional experience

  • The ability to use own initiative and work autonomously as well as part of a team 
  • Advanced IT skills & Power Point essential as you will be creating and editing slide packs 
  • Advance knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Word
  • Strong interpersonal skills; diplomatic, discreet and with the ability to build and maintain relationships across the team and with clients and their EAs. A proven adaptable, keen and flexible approach 
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a heavy workload and work effectively under pressure 
  • A professional telephone manner
