Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 pro rata

We’re looking for an amazing fundraiser and team manager in the role of Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships as a part time job share. You will join a hugely successful and ambitious fundraising team who are on track to increase income from £4million to £6million by 2019 – two years earlier than anticipated – and are now developing the next stage of growth to sure up and increase essential Livability services.
A passionate, relational and results-driven person, the Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships job share is a senior member on the fundraising management team and, together with their job share, will be directly responsible for the ongoing development and implementation of the philanthropy and partnerships fundraising strategy for corporate partnerships, trusts/foundations and major donor fundraising as well as supporting significant capital projects to grow income and build transformative relationships across all channels.
The two Heads of Philanthropy and Partnerships will jointly manage four passionate members of staff, driving a high performing team to develop strong cases for support, programs and long-term relationships to our shared vision of tackling social isolation by connecting disabled people with their communities.
Being a highly skilled and professional fundraiser, you will have significant experience and enjoyed success in securing at the 5, 6 or more figure-level, whilst building a supporter-led journey in collaboration with other teams. Your ability to demonstrate creative and innovative thinking will inspire growth to our revenue needs and you will be instrumental in our capital project’s needs, with new exciting plans underway.
In addition, an understanding of and empathy with disability, education and health issues would be an advantage.
