You’ll work with clients in various capacities to help them build wealth, protect wealth, enjoy and realise wealth. You’ll provide innovative solutions and vital support for now and the future.

Job Description:

The Partner Wealth Advisory Analyst role is to deliver an outstanding client experience, ensuring that clients are listened to as individuals and valued, by producing quality reports and analysis in collaboration with advisers and the wider support team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Have a thorough understanding of client's background and objectives in your specialist area
  • Work closely with allocated advisers and have regular catch ups to ensure the client experience is delivered effectively
  • After detailed discussions with adviser, produce detailed, clear and accurate suitability reports in line with the client's objectives within agreed timescales
  • Oversee all resulting transactions to ensure all are carried out promptly and correctly, and ensure Adviser is kept updated at all times
  • Develop effective working relationships with team members
  • Share knowledge to help develop team members
  • Work effectively and efficiently in collaboration with the Advisers and other team members
  • Have a clear understanding of the different stages of the client journey
  • Follow standard processes & procedures as laid down by the Firm
  • Ensure knowledge levels are kept up to date with any changes in company policy and procedures
  • Understand workflow and be able to deliver various tasks within the agreed timescales
  • Maintain up to date client records and notes
  • Assist people manager by suggesting ways to enhance processes and client experience
  • Undertake any ad hoc tasks as required by people manager

Who we're looking for:

  • Good IT skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word)
  • Experience as a Paraplanner/ Wealth Analyst (desirable)
  • Professional exams completed or in the process of studying
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical skills
  • Organisational skills
  • Able to multi task and prioritise own workload
  • Collaborative team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
