EY’s UK Employer Brand team is embarking on an innovative marketing strategy to help position the brand at the forefront of disruption and innovation, and we need an experienced employer brand professional to help bring our vision to life. 

The Opportunity:

Working closely with the Employer Brand Manager and Experienced Hire Recruitment Team, you’ll play a vital role in helping us attract high quality candidates from a range of backgrounds and become the most favoured employer. You’ll support the delivery and ongoing management of our employer brand strategy, recruitment campaigns and initiatives.

It’s an exciting opportunity to expand your expertise in recruitment marketing and social media, and to get exposure in a highly creative and forward-thinking environment.  

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Employer Brand Manager in the planning, management and reporting of recruitment branding campaigns for experienced professionals

  • Creation of careers content including preparing briefs and liaising with creative agency

  • Management of digital and social media careers channels, including careers site, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and SMARP

  • Acting as day to day contact for Recruitment stakeholders as well as external creative agency

  • Regular reporting on usage and performance of recruitment advertising, digital and social media channels

  • Support with ad-hoc employer branding activity such as event collateral, internal comms etc.

Skills & Attributes for Success:

  • Knowledge of and expertise in digital and social media as well as an understanding of its benefits for recruitment

  • Ability to build strong relationships with multiple internal stakeholders at all levels, as well as external agency suppliers

  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload

  • Good relationship management and team working abilities

  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • A background in experienced hire employer branding gained within an advertising agency, or a similar role in a professional services, financial services or technology company

  • Exposure to senior internal stakeholders, external clients and suppliers

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Experience of working within a professional services partnership
