Our client is a niche consulting firm based in West London. They are seeking a Director of Business Transformation to join the business. The role will be responsible for leading and building a world class practice for one of our client's business units.

The role will define the overall strategic direction by: ensuring the profitable growth of the practice; ensuring the high quality of the consulting delivery within the practice and creating a positive client experience by leading the three main pillars: people leadership, portfolio/delivery management and sales enablement.   

Driving the continuous evolution of high level consultancy services through incorporation of best practices, consistently high quality and repeatable solutions, and by building a strong team and brand. Whilst being recognised as an industry subject matter expert, ahead of the game in thinking and continually looking to drive innovation within the practice, you will be tasked with delivering a compelling proposition to the Company’s existing and future clients.   

You will be required to help drive a highly positive Employee Experience by leading, developing and motivating a community of extremely talented consultants.  You will also seek to strengthen our client's capability and actively seek out new and innovative opportunities for growth.

Candidates will have considerable consulting and business transformation experience and must come from one of the big management consulting practices. He/she will act as an inclusive leader and demonstrate in-depth understanding of the practice area. He/she will be commercially savvy, a strong sales/business development focus and a keen networker and a proven track record of successfully growing a consulting practice. The ability to demonstrate strong leadership with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams is paramount as is the need to understand priorities and what is relevant. Demonstrated experience in translating client business requirements into workable solutions is key with a focus on a high standard of service delivery. 

This role would suit someone who has a range of consulting and change management experience from a bigger practice but is now keen to join a smaller growing business where there is considerable scope to make a difference.
