Your role

Our Content Management team are the gatekeepers of our learning and development content. They define the policy and provide the governance and systems compliance that ensures the curriculum not only aligns to the business goals but delivers consistently high quality learning for our colleagues. 

Reporting to the team’s manager, you’ll support the upkeep of all policies and systems standards in the pursuit of operational excellence. Our Advisors work hand in hand with colleagues from across the Learning function so collaboration will be key. We operate in an environment of continuous improvement and an important element of your role will be the analysis and feedback of valuable MI so the relevant teams can act upon it.

Your professional experience

  • Support the upkeep of all policies and systems standards supporting the Manager – Content Management and work closely with HR Operations. 
  • Accountable to upload systems and learning catalogues with new and revised content. Receive documentation from Content Design function once pilot has been successfully signed off and content is ready for firm-wide implementation. 
  • Work with Learning Administration to ensure all courses (blended and classroom) are uploaded properly. Support the Manager – Content Management in maintaining the relationship with Learning Administration as it pertains to the upkeep of content in SABA. 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the learning catalogue, feeding into design discussions and liaising with Strategy & Management to ensure management of the curriculum aligns to the business case goals of 60:40 (classroom vs. digital). 
  • Collate content evaluations, analyse MI and feed back to relevant teams across Learning.
  • Support the design and implementation of evaluation and feedback standards and process. 
  • Facilitation will be part of the role and a balance will be found between keeping skills fresh and relevant within the job role. 


  • Experience of contributing to the development of policies and processes. 
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills to address diverse organisational stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Adept at communicating, coaching, challenging and engaging with senior stakeholders. 
  • Working towards/have relevant professional qualification or equivalent relevant experience. 
  • A strong base line of core HR competence, especially in policy or process re-engineering 
  • Experience at an Advisor level 
  • Ability to solve complex issues where precedents are set, seeking guidance where necessary 


  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 
  • Exposure to transformation initiatives and ability to work within a changing environment 
  • Ability to gain confidence and respect of business stakeholders 
  • A strong relationship builder with a proven ability to influence, consult and advise at an appropriate level 
  • Strong business and commercial acumen with the ability to use and interpret appropriate metrics and insights 
  • Able to manage concurrent activities ensuring appropriate risk management 
  • Experience or exposure to project management principles and strong organisational skills
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills, including the ability to produce pivot tables, is required
