Do you want to play a key role in helping to design and run large-scale housing delivery programmes to improve the lives of vulnerable Londoners, including older and disabled people, victims of violence against women and girls, and homeless people?

An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join the GLA to assist with the delivery of new, and the improvement of existing, supported and specialist housing in the capital. With excellent skills in building strong and effective working relationships with partners, you will work closely and collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, including housing associations and London boroughs. You will be an excellent project manager, with experience of managing capital investment programmes and of monitoring and reporting on performance. You will also have a strong understanding of housing delivery issues in London, including some understanding of the planning and construction process, and of development viability.

This role is based at the London Fire Brigade’s Head Office (Union Street, SE1 0LL).

London's diversity is its biggest asset and we strive to ensure our workforce reflects London's diversity at all levels. We welcome applications from everyone regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, faith or disability.
